Crystal Custom Embroidery of Raunds ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and who we share it with. Contact: crystal.embroidery@icloud.com.

How this site works

This site is a product showcase, not an online checkout. There are no customer accounts, no shopping cart, and no payment details collected through the site itself. To enquire about or place an order, you contact us directly via WhatsApp, and any payment is arranged separately with us at that point.

Information we collect

• Design uploads. If you upload a logo or design file through a product page, it is sent directly to our Cloudinary account (our image storage provider) so we can see what you'd like produced. We are notified by email when a new file is uploaded.
• WhatsApp messages. The "Find Out More on WhatsApp" buttons open a chat with us on WhatsApp, pre-filled with the product, colour, and size you selected (and a link to your uploaded design, if any). Any further conversation, including your name, phone number, and any details you choose to share, takes place within WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

How we use this information

We use uploaded designs and WhatsApp enquiries solely to discuss, quote, and produce your order. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Cloudinary — stores uploaded design files on our behalf.
• Meta / WhatsApp — handles messages sent via the WhatsApp links on this site.
• We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep uploaded designs and enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your order and deal with any after-sales queries, then delete them periodically.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, a design file you uploaded) by emailing crystal.embroidery@icloud.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or how it works. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the most recent revision.
