We supply garments from our suppliers' ranges, but you're welcome to send your own for embroidery — on the understanding that if damage were to occur during the embroidery process, we would not be held liable for your own garment.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for DTF print. For embroidery, any file would work, as we would still need to send the image off to be digitised into a machine stitch file, at a cost of £15.

Yes — a one-off setup/digitising fee applies the first time we stitch a new logo (£15 at the time of writing). After that, the design is saved on file so repeat orders don't incur the fee again. For DTF print images, if the image is of low quality and needs to be vectorised or brought up to a higher quality for print, the £15 fee also applies here.

Yes — we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins, so you can check size and colours.

Polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, workwear, caps and hats, plus personalised gifts like mugs and more.

Embroidery is durable and gives a premium finish, better for logos/text on workwear. Printing (vinyl/DTF/sublimation) is better for full-colour designs, photos, and larger prints.

We can do team kits and leavers hoodies, but we do not do school uniforms.

We will do our best to match colours. This is dependent on thread colours and manufacturing processes.

We accept cash, card, or bank transfer. All orders are taken on a pre-payment basis prior to decoration.

If the mistake is ours and your logos do not represent the proof that you have been sent and accepted, then we will fix the issue. If the mistake is on your behalf, where you have not checked the proof before acceptance, then we cannot take any responsibility at our end.
