Ordering & Quotes

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No minimum — we're happy to do a single item or a full team order

Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders? 

Yes we can offer discounts for larger orders of 10 items plus , please contact us for more details. 

How do I get a quote?

You can request a quote through our website, WhatsApp us directly, or call/email us with your garment choice, quantity, and logo/design. We'll come back to you with pricing

Do you supply the garments, or can I send my own?

We supply garments from our suppliers ranges, but you're welcome to send your own for embroidery, on that understanding if damage was to occur during the embroidery process, it would not be held liable for your own garment. 


Artwork & Logos

What file formats do you need for my logo?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for DTF print

For embroidery any file would work. As we would still need to send the image off to be digitised into a machine stitch file and the cost of £15.

Is there a setup fee for a new logo?

Yes — a one-off setup/digitising fee applies the first time we stitch a new logo (£15 at the time of writing). After that, the design is saved on file so repeat orders don't incur the fee again.  

For DTF print images if the image is of a low quality and we need to have it vectorised. Or brought up to a higher quality for print £15 fee also applies here. 

Will I see a proof before you start?

Yes — we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins, so you can check  size, and colours.

How long does an order take?

7–10 working days from proof approval

Do you offer a rush or express service? 

Yes, depending on the current workload at the time. 

Do you deliver, or is collection only?

 Delivery by courier can be arranged at cost / or collection address:

How much does delivery cost? 

Depending on the weight of the order at the time of despatch we will give you a quote prior to confirming your order.

What can you embroider or print on?

Polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, workwear, caps and hats, plus personalised gifts like mugs and more

What's the difference between embroidery and printing — which should I choose?

embroidery = durable, premium finish, better for logos/text on workwear.

printing (vinyl/DTF/sublimation) = better for full-colour designs, photos, larger prints

Do you do team kits, school uniforms, or leavers hoodies?

 We can do team kits, leavers  hoodies but we do not do school uniforms. 

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

 We will do our best to match colours. This is dependent on thread colours and manufacturing processes. 


Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept cash, card, bank transfer. All orders are taken on a pre-payment basis prior to decoration. 

Can I cancel or change my order after I've approved the proof? 

Only if we have not started printing or embroidering your garments.

What if there's a mistake with my order? 

If the mistake is ours and your logos do not represent the proof that you have been sent and accepted then we will fix the issue.

If the mistake is on your behalf where you have not checked the proof before acceptance then we cannot take any responsibility at our end.
